At Meryl Wear, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please note that sale and custom-stitched items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Custom Stitching Orders
Custom stitching orders are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. We confirm sizes and details before stitching begins, and delivery for these orders takes 8–10 business days. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the item. In-stock items are delivered in 5–7 business days, while custom-stitched items take 8–10 business days. Express shipping is available as fast as 3 business days, if eligible. Please contact us if you need fast shipping or updates on your order.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are possible under certain conditions. For in-stock items, you can cancel within 24 hours if the order hasn't shipped. For custom-stitched items, you can cancel within 12 hours before stitching begins. To request a cancellation, email us your order number with “Cancellation Request” as the subject.
